Why are your prices so low?
Our prices are low because we feel strongly about offering a good old fashioned service and quality at affordable prices. We have very low overheads and buy in bulk quantities, which saves us money and ALL those saving are passed onto you.
What sort of quality should I expect?
Our workmanship is of a very high standard. The materials are also top of the range. I would be too embarrassed to offer you anything less!
Ordering
How long before I receive my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 24hrs of receiving your file and payment. Our framing takes a few days as the prints need to de-fume (cure) before being sealed behind glass. I offer a FREE priority service for urgent orders.
How will my order arrive?
We will send your order by Post or Courier depending what part of the country you are from and when you need it by.
Why do you re-use packaging?
We recycle our packaging as much as possible. It is better for our environment and it reduces the freight cost to you.
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
The best method is direct deposit bank transfer. I also offer credit card and Paypal options which attract a bank fee.
